About Doug Coombs, CPE, LSE

Experience. Quality. Reliability.

Doug Coombs has been a Maine Licensed Site Evlautor (SE329) for 20 years and is a former President of the Maine Association of Site Evaluators (MASE). He also served as the Maine State Site Evaluator at the Maine CDC, Division of Environmental Health from 2008 to 2010. Doug now works at the Maine Department of Transportation as the Highway Project Manager for the Western Region of the state and consults with the MaineDOT legal division on septic system issues.

Prior to working at CDC/DEH, Doug was President of Construction Consultants, Inc. (CCI) for 20 years, his firm offered land surveying, construction estimating, and site evaluation. CCI was also a distributor for a major proprietary device manufacturer.
